How We Construct Our Liquid Filter Bag ?
Our filter are available in Polyester Felt , Polypropylene Felt , Nylon Mesh , Polyester Mesh , Polypropylene , Multifilament Aramid, PPS or PTFE felts as well Our range of material choice mostly includes the right filtration media required by your application.
Our filter are made in multiple Polypropylene, Nylon rings, SS rings, Galvanized wire rings or some other unique designs custom built to your requirement.
Operation
In micron rated filter bag filtration takes place from inside to outside of the filter. Felt filter are based on depth filtration where the whole thickness of the filter media is used to entrap the debris, while the mesh bags are based on surface filtration.
Replacing the filter bag is a very simple affair where all the contaminants are also removed as they are entrapped within the filter bag itself. The top lid of the housing can be opened to remove the bag easily.
