BAYONET as the name suggests is a twist lock type filter. This can be mounted from the bottom side (Dirty Air Side) of the cell plate. BAYONET locking system gives the ease of quickly changing or quickly mounting the filter cartridges into the dust collector. In case a shutdown is planned and if you have bayonet-type filters the overall filter change-out time or the overall shutdown time of the dust collector reduces very highly because to change or to remove or to put back the filters you don’t need any specialized tools all you need to do is twist the filter to unlock it, clean it or change it and when you put it back u just need to twist it to lock it again.

A cylindrical circular gasket is provided within the bayonet filter to seal it properly with the dust collector cell plate. This Filter is available in several configurations of diameter and height. The Bayonet Filter can only be made in metal and cannot be made in plastic.
