Spin Flash Dryers (SFD) Filter Bags
Spin Flash Dryers (SFD) It is a method to for drying cakes, pastes, and heat-sensitive materials.
There are three main components used in Spin Flash Dryers (SFD) Feed System, Drying Chambers, and Bag filters.
Feed System
The feed whey and screw feeding system are incorporated into the steamer spin bowl or drying chamber. The production would go to a continuous buffer. The desired discharge of the casting goes through continuous testing of the feed screw.
Mixing Chamber
The Drying chamber rotors and fluidizes the product particles in a drying hot air flow pattern in which any wet lumps are rapidly disintegrated. Temperature controlled by hot air comes by air heater, It entered to the drying chambers where the turbulent is established.
Bag Filter
The Powder comes from a drying chamber and is controlled by a bag filter in which the dust is controlled by an automatic cleaning system.
The filter bags are used in the bag filter to separate those dust particles. If you have a spin flash dryer, you need to change dust collector bags every 2 to 3 years.
