CED plant filter bag

What Is CED Plant?

Cathode electro-deposition is the most advanced and environmentally friendly water-based coating for metal parts. The combination of immersion and spray ensures that the paint reaches every corner of the component in its original shape. With excellent chemical resistance, mechanical durability, and aesthetics, CED has a very long salt spray life and is sought after by all automobile users.

The electrodeposition of primer coatings has become universal in modern automotive paint stores.  Electrocoating is a  painting process that uses electricity to apply paint. This process works on the principle of “attracting the other side”. This process is also known as electrodeposition (ED).

In ED, charged particles from the paint emulsion move to the anode (AED) or cathode (CED) under electrical force. The direct current accumulated by the bath moves the paint pigment and resin base to the surface of the body. The coating reaches the entire recessed area. The deposited membrane will not dissolve again. However, undeposited material will be flushed. Ultrafiltration (UF) equipment is used to separate the components of the ED ink from the non-film-forming components and recover the ink.

The deposited film becomes a hard and durable polymer film after baking. Today, customers demand high quality and durability from the products they buy. Not only do you expect these products to work well, but they also need to look good and withstand corrosion for a much longer period of time. This finishing process is called electrocoating (e-coating).

Process Of CED Plant

During the process of the CED Plant the e-Coat process can be divided into four different zones
⦁ Pretreatment
⦁ Electro Dip Bath and Auxiliary Equipment
⦁ Post Rinse
⦁ Oven curing

A bag filter is used during the pre-treatment process and the Oven filter used in the final step is a paint curing oven to dry up the components.

Bag filters are used to purify / filter liquids that have a relatively low load of particles to remove. The particle suspension passes and the particles settle in the bag.
Filter bags are used in these bag filters to settle those particles.

During the paint Curing oven process, Oven filters are used to separate the dust particles from the air which prevents our components.

Amrit Filtration Equipments manufactures the following products used in dust collection bag filter systems.

We manufacture filter bags and oven Filters.

Filter bags:

Filter bags are made in all standard and custom sizes ranging from Polytetrafluoroethylene 100 mm to 200 mm in diameter and lengths ranging from 1000 mm to 12000 mm. Our filter bags are made in different fibers like Polyester, Meta Aramid.
Filter bags made from different felts can endure different properties and temperature ranges.
Filter bags made by Amrit Filtration Equipments are designed to remove or separate particulate matter from the air as low as 10 mg / nm3 which is compatible with the prescribed level given by the government agencies.

Oven Filters:

Oven Filters or High-Temperature Filters which are specially designed to process at high temperatures. Our Oven Filters are properly tested. Our Filters are typically used in automotive, food and beverage, or the pharmaceutical industries. Our HEPA filters range protects everything from normal processes to ultra-clean processes operating at high temperatures. Our Oven Filters are mainly used in paint spraying booths in the automotive industry.
